AliExpress users might wonder how to log out of the website. You might need to log out if the computer is shared by several users, each of them using their account for shopping. Or if you have multiple accounts yourself: you’ll have to log out every time you switch between profiles.
Log-out issues can generally be found in the AliExpress mobile app, as the interface hides the feature. However, logging out on a computer can also be problematic. In this article, we will guide you through both cases.
How to Log Out from Your Account on the AliExpress Mobile App
AliExpress mobile app is great overall, but sometimes it is difficult to find certain features. To log out of your AliExpress account in the mobile app, follow these steps:
- Open the app and click on the small button in the bottom right corner – that’s a link to your profile.
- Once redirected, click on the cog icon in the top right corner.

- You will be redirected to the settings page. Scroll down and click on the red “Sign Out” button to log out.
Note that we used an Android phone with the installed AliExpress app. If you are using an iOS device, the interface should be the same.
Log Out from Your Account on the AliExpress Mobile Website
If you haven’t downloaded the AliExpress mobile app and are using the mobile version of the website instead, follow these steps:
- At the bottom right corner of the page click on “My Profile”.
- Once redirected to a new page, click on “Settings”.
- Click on the red “Sign Out” button.
How to Log Out of Your AliExpress Profile on Your Computer
Signing out on a PC is simpler compared to mobile devices. To log out of AliExpress profile on your computer, follow these steps:
- While on the website, move the cursor to the upper right corner and click on the “Account”/”Hi, *your name*” button.
- A drop-down menu will show up. The “Sign Out” button can be found right under your username. Click on it to log out.
That’s it, you are logged out. Now you can sign in with a different account or create a new profile on AliExpress.
